At T-OINOS wine tasting is a sensory experience, where intimate guided tastings are enhanced by the striking terroir and the captivating energy of the place. Our boutique cellar door offers visitors a range of privately hosted tours and tastings. Prior bookings are required and tasting fees apply according to each different package.

The Discovery Experience
Join our Discovery Experience and immerse yourself in the beauty of Falatados terroir and its wines. Within the tour you will visit our Clos-Stegasta benchmark vineyard; you will see the ancient, sheltered wine-press (stegasta) and learn about the history of winemaking in the island. The tour will conclude with a tutored tasting of 3 outstanding wines from our limited collection: T-OINOS Asyrtiko, the rosé T-OINOS MAVROSE and the red T-OINOS Mavrotragano will bring the unique T-OINOS terroir in your glasses.
The Indigenous Icons
The tour offers the opportunity for visitors to try our haute gamme wines in their current vintages. A guided visit to T-OINOS emblematic Clos Stegasta vineyard, will be followed by a private tasting of our iconic range of indigenous varieties produced in this singular landscape: The whites T-OINOS Asyrtiko and Clos Stegasta Asyrtiko Rare, and the reds T-OINOS Mavrotragano and Clos Stegasta Mavrotragano Rare will reveal the energy and intensity of the terroirs along with the purity and precision of the wines produced.
The Absolute Experience
Such a unique terroir can produce wines to challenge the greatest wines produced in the planet. After touring the vineyards of Clos Stegasta and Rassonas, walking through the old steep terraces, you will be able to discover the T-OINOS world-class wines made under the advice of our renowned consultant winemaker Stephane Derenoncourt on a mini vertical tasting. Our winemaking team will guide you through the amazing lineup of all our wines the whites Clos Stegasta Asyrtiko and Clos Stegasta Rare, the reds Clos Stegasta Mavrotragano and Clos Stegasta Mavrotragano Rare, Mavrose and our newly created Clos Stegasta Rose.
